1. One Offer per existing Lycamobile customer that receives a direct message from us with the Offer.
2. The Offer can only be accepted before 31 October 2023 by you as a current Lycamobile customer.
3. There is no charge for the first 30 days of the Offer for the services specified in the Plan. For the first 11 renewals of your Offer plan, you will be eligible for a 20% discount off the standard plan price with no charge for renewal. Standard pricing will apply from the twelfth renewal.
4. The Offer plan will be paid for in advance every 30 days via auto-renewal. If auto-renewal is cancelled or fails for any reason you will no longer benefit from the Offer.
5. You may terminate your subscription at any time during the Offer. To stop auto-renewal, you must dial *190# and follow the instructions at least 1 day before the plan expiry date. If you cancel during the first 11 renewals, the discount will continue to apply until the end of that subscription period. Standard pricing will be applied thereafter.
6. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website or be notified to you and will become effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
7. We reserve the right to withdraw this Offer at any time, with or without notice.
8. By accepting the Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
